Peer-reviewed clinical evidence
The EasyTIVA regulation algorithm framework has been used across dozens of clinical trials over the years, most of them randomized and multicenter. Over 100 anesthesiologists were trained to use the sedation regulation algorithm. EasyTIVA was often used as an investigative tool — removing human variability to better study and investigate a variety of clinical topics.

A rigorously secured clinical data repository comprising over 10,000 sessions of high-quality, multimodal data acquired from a diverse combination of medical devices — including cerebral monitors, infusion pumps, vital signs monitors, pain monitors, and neuromuscular monitors — supplemented by perioperative event records and comprehensive patient file information. The repository encompasses granular data drawn from a broad spectrum of patient demographic profiles and surgical procedures, representing the culmination of 15 years of systematic data collection.

Industry recognition
A joint initiative between Medsteer R&D and the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) MD PnP Lab has been honored with the Best Technology Award at the 2025 Santa Fe, Arizona industry conference.
Medsteer contributed critical software modules designed for feedback-driven sedation management, including the EasyTIVA regulation algorithm framework and the Bissim digital twin module. Through rapid and seamless integration by the MGH MD PnP Lab, the collaboration culminated in a comprehensive evaluation of the technical and regulatory requirements governing the remote control of infusion pumps within a PCLC-based clinical application. This recognition reflects the platform's demonstrated clinical maturity and the rigorous engineering standards underpinning its development.
